We believe that no one is too old, too young, too overweight, or not strong enough to be considered an athlete. Our members come from all over, it doesn’t matter what you look like or how old you are.
All of the skills and movements are scalable to your specific needs, whether is it your first day, have certain limitations, or may be working through an injury. We are always able to accommodate!
Our classes are small and intimate, which allows everyone to receive personal instruction and interaction with the coach. The secret to this exponential growth lies in a strict standard of coaching, our dynamic family oriented environment, and above all else, results.
We begin every class with some ice breakers, encouraging members to get to know each other and building a greater sense of community.
Each class runs through a warm up, a skill portion, and then the WOD (workout of the day). The warm up is tailored specifically to the skills and movements you will practice that day. The skills vary from day to day, ranging from snatches to clean and jerks to back squats to gymnastics movements.
