What is it?
The Beginners program is how we introduce CrossFit to newcomers in a safe, non-intimidating, and personalized setting. This program is included free with any membership you choose. You will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a small class setting over nine (9) sessions before participating in regular (WOD) classes.
Groups will consist of up to 8 athletes, and are led by our world class coaches. Athletes will graduate with a basic understanding of CrossFit, the movements, class structure, nutrition and mobility.
What are my options?
1) Small Group Session: 9 sessions, held Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday at 7:00pm.
2) 1-on-1 sessions: We also offer the beginners program in personalized 1-on-1 sessions booked by appointment with a coach.
It’s important that you complete each of the 9 sessions as these movements will build on one another.

When are the classes?
