2. Chop and store veggies once you purchase them Having vegetables ready to go during the week will make hungry you a happy you. When you get back from the grocery store with your colourful vegetables, this is the best time to get chopping. You will be less likely to waste your vegetables if they are cut and ready to be throw on a plate or in a pot.
4. Muffin tins have more than one purpose! Delicious smoothies made packed with protein, vitamins and anti oxidants fit so well when they are poured into a muffin tray and stored in the freezer. No time for breakfast? No more excuses, you now have a ready to go delicious frozen treat to eat on your way to work.
6. Stick with it Being consistent is key. Don't do this once in a blue moon. Practice these tips every week and you will watch yourself transform. Having friends or family join you in your prep can make also make this easier and fun. Have roommates? Let them know that Sunday is meal prep day and that means something to you, because you’re a beast!
