CROSSFIT KIDS SUMMER CAMPS
CrossFit Closer is the place to be for kids ages 6-12 in summer 2017! We open up our garage doors to let in the sunlight and fresh air while we fill our days with games, fitness, and laughter.
Summer Camp at CFC is a place where kids and teens have an outlet to run, play, jump, swing, climb, lift, all in a safe environment with a Coach leading each session.

In two hours we play a wide range of games, games, and more games! We keep the kids engaged and active while having fun for the duration of their visit!
While the kids still learn about the good mechanics of functional movement, we make this time special and fun for everyone! The kids also get an opportunity to have snacks and share presents at the end of their party!

Forging the future of fitness, we at CFC Kids&Teens believe in creating a safe, caring environment for children 6-17 to learn safe exercise techniques, including gymnastics, weight lifting, and cardiovascular endurance.
A perfect environment for your child to experience fun, functional fitness. CrossFit Training is an excellent supplemental training for all sports!

Our CrossFit Closer Kids&Teens coaches are firm believers in getting today's youth active and involved in functional fitness! CrossFit is fun and challenging in a welcoming environment that encourages all skill levels and individual capabilities equally. Kids and Teens are in a prime age of their lives to develop strong bone density as their bodies are shaping there skeletal architecture to adapt to stress later in life.
