What to expect
GROUP PLACEMENT
The placement of children in levels will be determined by the CrossFit Kids Coaches.
Graduation to the next level is based on age and mental & physical maturity.
All new comers between the age of 7 and 13 will be placed in the Jr. Varsity Level until their proper placement is determined.

Age: Children in this category are typically age 8-12. On Sundays we welcome those as young as 7 to join us for class.
Details: These classes are 45 mins in duration, and the focus of these classes is learning new skills, and short game style workouts. What to expect: We use basic body weight movements and occasionally some other fun objects like kids training bars and medicine balls. |
Age: Teens in this category are typically age 13-16.
Details: These classes are 45 minutes in duration and the focus of these classes is learning more advanced skills including gymnastics and strength work. What to expect: We teach teens how to workout safely in the gym, and to act as an eventual bridge into adult classes. |
