CFC Basic Programming
With Basic Programming, you will have access to our daily workouts, which includes a warm-up, workout, cool down, and mobility each day. You will have access to video demos of the exercises and coaches tips to keep you moving safely.
Workouts can be done with little to no equipment, and equipment substitutions will be demonstrated for each movement. You can take your workout anywhere!
No experience is required to get started with CFC Basic Programming; workouts are designed to be adaptable for any fitness level. You can make workouts harder by adding more weight or increasing intensity or make them more accessible by using only your bodyweight and going slower.
