Coach Michaela "Mickey" Anderson is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and 200hr YTT Certified Yoga Teacher. 

GAIN CORE MOBILITY, STABILITY AND STRENGTH WITH CORE CONCEPTS!

Core Concepts is an 8 week long speciality program that brings together core training and CrossFit specific accessory work to create a full body, movement based class. Each 30 minute class will include strength, stability, rotation and isolation exercises that can be scaled and adjusted to meet the needs of both beginners and advanced athletes. 

Strengthen your lower back, improve your overhead position and prevent future injuries!
The program is from Monday, April 10th - Friday, June 2nd 2017. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30-6:00pm.
The core is the powerhouse of the body, and the Core Concepts Program will help  you build core mobility, stability and strength.

Join Coach Mickey Anderson for 8 weeks of specialized training to develop a strong, stable and mobile core. This program is open to all fitness levels, and can be taken before or after CrossFit Classes.
