Core Concepts is an 8 week long speciality program that brings together core training and CrossFit specific accessory work to create a full body, movement based class. Each 30 minute class will include strength, stability, rotation and isolation exercises that can be scaled and adjusted to meet the needs of both beginners and advanced athletes.

Join Coach Mickey Anderson for 8 weeks of specialized training to develop a strong, stable and mobile core. This program is open to all fitness levels, and can be taken before or after CrossFit Classes.
