THE ENDURANCE CLUB
The Endurance Club is a 5 month specialty program focused on developing aerobic endurance. This program is designed for individuals of any fitness level who want to learn proper running and rowing mechanics, improve their endurance, and workout with a fun and supportive group.
This program can be used on its own for non-members or in conjunction with regular CrossFit Classes. This is a beginner friendly program. There are no prerequisites for this program, all levels of athletic ability are welcome! |
Train to increase your aerobic capacity, improve your performance in endurance sports like running, swimming, and cycling, as well as improve your performance in long WODs.
Community: Upon registration all participants will be added to the
Endurance Club Facebook Group where members can share
helpful training and nutrition tips, workouts, scores, and articles.
Schedule: May 21th - September 24th, 2017 for a total of 18 classes.
Classes: Sundays from 2:00 - 3:30pm.
Location: 103 Schneider Road, Kanata, ON and Earl of March Secondary School Track
Cost: $379.00 + HST

Coach Michaela "Mickey" Anderson is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, Ashtanga Yoga Teacher and former National Swimmer. Mickey has extensive experience competing and coaching endurance athletes ranging from elite triathletes to youth swimmers. The Endurance Club is where Mickey brings together her love for endurance training and her passion for teaching proper movement mechanics.
