WHAT IS PHYSIOTHERAPY?
Physiotherapy will incorporate any and all treatment methods that will help you return back to full function for your sport (especially CrossFit!).
After the assessment, we will sit down and decide together what will be the best treatments for a full recovery which could include soft tissue work/cupping, dry needling, manual therapy, education, exercises, etc.
Every individual will respond differently to each treatment technique so it's important that we decide on what is best for you!
