QUICK FIT

Have you ever heard someone say that they don't have time to work out? Or that they want to work out but don't know where to start or what to do? Maybe that person is you! If any or all of the above apply, we might just have the solution for you. The Quick Fit Program is designed for those who are looking for quality strength and conditioning classes under the knowledgeable guidance of a Coach, but don't have the ability to commit a full hour to a class. These 30-minute classes run Monday through Friday.
This class provides a more intimate setting with a low ratio of participants (or as we like to call you - athletes!) to Coach. Under the knowledgeable eye of the Coach, each athlete will learn how to move properly and safely.
To further help you along your journey, you will have access to our Member’s group where you can connect with other Members for support and accountability. As well, Coach Steve will be posting ongoing content focused on mobility so you can make the most of your 30 minutes with us!

Sample Quick Fit Class:

- General warm up: Increasing body temperature and heart rate; preparation of joints and muscles.
- Strength: Specific movements to strengthen and stabilize the joints.
- Conditioning: Relatively high intensity workout in a short period of time to help increase work capacity.
- Guided mobility/cool down: This portion is important for all athletes and even more beneficial for those working office jobs. Individuals in these environments often suffer from shoulders rolling forward and lots of posterior tension from the head being in a constant forward position. Each class will conclude with a stretch and homework for mobility will be provided.
Join us starting Monday, February 18th at 11:55am. Classes run Monday through Friday, 11:55am-12:25pm.
