What if my child has never done CrossFit?
Not to worry! We make sure that trying something new is fun and exciting for your child. Through CrossFit we want help shape your child's future of fitness by combining exercise and play. Even on their first day, they will learn a ton and come home pooped but ready for more!
What can my child expect?
Activities are based on age group and skill level, and each child can expect a full day of fun and activities including: games, workouts, face painting, colouring, gymnastics, barbell movements, and olympic lifting!
