What Is CrossFit?
We practice functional movements, which means we teach you to safely perform movements you would do in your normal everyday life. We practice squatting, picking things up from the floor, and putting things over your head. As we age our capacity to do simple things like getting off of the floor or out of a chair decreases. This is why we build your capacity to do these things safely so that you can maintain those movements for a better quality of life over time.
