It’s a place where the person finishing a workout last gets the loudest cheers, and everyone is supported and accepted for who they are and where they’re at in their health and fitness journey. Our classes are designed to be universally accessible - an Olympic athlete and their grandmother can safely perform the workout with individualized adjustments by our expert coaches. The Olympic athlete may use more weights, do more reps and go faster. The grandmother may perform fewer reps, adapted versions of the movements with no weights, and slower pace. Both athletes will enjoy a safe and effective workout.
