

Whether you’re an experienced CrossFitter or completely new to functional fitness, we want to make sure your first experience at CrossFit Closer is safe, welcoming, and tailored to your goals.
Before your first session, we ask all potential members to complete a quick online form so we can learn about your fitness background, any previous CrossFit experience, and what you’re hoping to achieve.
Once we review your information, we’ll help you choose the best way to get started:
We may invite you to join a trial class to get a feel for our coaching, programming, and community. This gives you a chance to jump right in and see if our gym is the right fit for you.
We will schedule a one-on-one introductory session with one of our coaches. During this session, you’ll learn foundational movements, proper technique, and how our classes work. This helps ensure you feel confident and prepared before joining a group workout.
